We're always keeping track of availability including seats on charter flights, permit limitations, gear, etc. If you want to join an expedition let us know by completing the short form to the right (or scroll down if you're on a mobile device). If space is still available we'll pencil you in until your application and deposit arrive.

Complete our online application

Here's a link to our online application. The application collects all your contact details and basic information about your outdoor experience and goals for your expedition. It also outlines the payment process, cancellation policy, and insurance requirements.

Hold your space with a deposit.

Upon receipt of your application we'll send you an invoice for your deposit. The deposit secures your position on the team. Payment can be made by credit card, USD check or wire transfer. Payment details and our cancellation policy can be found on our application and on your invoice.

Purchase insurance and review your eConfirmation Kit.

Once we receive your application and deposit we will send an eConfirmation Kit with all sorts of details about your expedition including what to expect, what to pack, and how to prepare. You'll also want to purchase a travel insurance plan to protect your investment in the expedition if you need to cancel within 120 days of the expedition.
