The team continues to make really great progress despite contending with poor visibility for the majority of their time on trail--although the sun did peek out just as they were pitching camp.

Today they covered 14 miles in 9.5 hours. That's super progress during the early stages of the expedition when their sleds are still very heavy, and their bodies are just starting to adjust to the daily grind.

Keith reports that the team building a tight camaraderie. Breaks in between ski marches are filled with fun banter, and snacks of course!

The team saw a flock of 16 goose sized birds flying in their same easterly direction today. It's always a joy to see some wildlife in their otherwise 360 degree panorama of ice and snow.

It's been decided that the team really needs a name. If you have any suggestions, leave them in the comment section and we'll forward them to the team for approval!
