May 13th Greenland Update

The team had a tough day on the Icecap today, but not as nightmarish as it could have been on this Friday the 13th. Very low temperatures mixed with a stiff breeze this morning gave everyone a good chill, but the wind tapered off in the afternoon and they still managed to cover 21.5km in about 8.5hrs.

When Taylor called in, he was about to try (for the first time) the Kathmandu Curry that has been unpopular with the rest of this team. Robert Scott even mentioned it during his call in yesterday. Tomorrow we will get Taylor's honest review of this freeze dried pariah.

Temperatures are forecast to warm up a bit next week, which the team is very much looking forward to.

Check back tomorrow for another update...
